Intro package
Weekly sessions
Meet with Grace in person, via video or phone sessions weekly to achieve your goals
3 month package
Four monthly 50-minute sessions over three months. We’ll uncover, reassess, and redesign your life tools to achieve your wellness goals.
Maintenance Sessions
Once you achieve your wellness goals, we can continue with occasional sessions as needed. These sessions are focused on helping you keep on track and provide consistent guidance.
