This is my first coaching experience. What should I expect?
Every coaching relationship is unique and the process is personalized to you. Over the course of your sessions, we will assess your baseline wellness, explore your values and strengths, determine your goals, create a vision of yourself, experiment with what works for you, and review and evolve the process as necessary.

What are smart goals?
The acronym S.M.A.R.T stands for goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-limited. Why? Because goals that are too broad, or not specific, or not really relevant to you are less likely to be obtainable.
